Terms of Service

DoDomain gives your application a domain-connect flow: your server creates a connect session, your user connects a domain through the widget or hosted page — one-click where their DNS provider supports authorized access, guided record setup everywhere else — and we verify the resulting records against authoritative DNS, then notify your server with signed webhooks.

We are not a domain registrar, DNS host, or traffic proxy. Records are written to your users’ existing DNS accounts, domains remain theirs, and your production traffic never flows through us.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, and webhook signing secrets. Keep them confidential, and revoke and replace any credential you believe is compromised.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

• Only connect domains that you, or the end user in the session, control or are authorized to manage.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful use — including phishing, malware distribution, or spam infrastructure.
• Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service, and do not attempt to bypass verification, plan limits, or rate limits.

We may suspend sessions, keys, or accounts that put the service, its users, or DNS providers at risk.

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page, which is the source of truth for current limits and prices. Usage is metered against your plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment partners (Stripe, managed via RevenueCat); by upgrading you authorize those charges. Plan or price changes take effect no earlier than your next billing period.

Connecting a domain depends on the end user’s DNS provider — its authorization flows, APIs, and propagation behavior. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make. Where a provider integration is unavailable, guided record setup remains the fallback.

You retain all rights to your data — domains, records, webhook endpoints, and anything else you submit — and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service on it. We retain all rights to the service itself; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the API, SDKs, and widget to integrate DoDomain into your product. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that DNS changes will propagate within any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, or legal requirement — with notice where practicable. On termination your API keys stop working and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is under active development; features may change or be discontinued. We may also update these terms — the date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

DoDomain is operated by Devino Solutions Inc, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1G 5K1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
